What it tracks

The bits a spreadsheet gets wrong

Fees, postage and what a card really cost you. Eight modules, each doing one properly.

Weekly sales, after fees

Enter net sales, quantity and fee % — your take works itself out. External sales sit alongside eBay.

Postage that adds up

Satchels, boxes and stamps with a real per-unit cost and a running count left. What you posted this week feeds the next sales entry.

True cost per card

Log the batch you actually bought. The total paid gets split across the cards, so bulk lots don’t skew your margins.

Built for card shows

An eBay CSV export becomes a priced, sorted show list. Mark each card kept or sold, then export the results.

Stock and expenses

English and Japanese stock counts, plus the categorised costs that never make it onto a sales sheet.

Watch the money grow

This month against last, weeks charted by channel, and a cumulative take line that only goes one way if you’re doing it right.

Under the hood

A real app, not a browser tab

Fully offline

Opens in its own window and runs with the internet off. No login, no server — your numbers sit in one file on your machine.

Backed up automatically

A timestamped backup every time you open it, and the last fifteen are kept.

Two machines, optional

Point it at an iCloud or OneDrive folder to share data with a second machine. The live database stays local, and a machine that’s behind can’t overwrite newer data.

Nothing locked in

Purchases, expenses, reports and show lists all export to CSV.

Light and dark

One toggle in the sidebar — handy when you’re entering a show’s takings at 11pm.

What you need

Windows 10 or 11 (10 needs the Edge WebView2 runtime, 11 has it), or macOS 11+ on Apple silicon. Currently v2.0.0.

The deal

What being a beta tester means

You get the current build

v2.0.0, the same one we run. One file — nothing to install, no account to make.

You’ll hit rough edges

It’s an early build. Something will be missing or awkward — telling us which bits is the job.

You run real numbers through it

A few weeks of your actual sales and postage tells us more than a test file ever will.

Small group, direct line

You’re talking to us, not a ticket queue. Spots are limited to keep it that way.

Collectors selling for collectors

We run a Pokémon consignment service and stock the display gear we’d use on our own slabs. This is the tool we built to run the numbers behind it.
